2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

  • We partner with leading courier companies (such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and India Post) to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only; unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, natural disasters, courier issues) may occur.


3. Shipping Charges

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for COD (Cash on Delivery) or orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • All applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

5. Delays in Delivery

  • We strive to deliver within the estimated time; however, delays may occur due to:

    • Unreachable contact details provided by customer

    • Unforeseen courier or logistics delays

  • In such cases, Faysta.site will not be liable for compensation, but we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • International shipping services will be introduced soon, and updates will be shared on our website.


7. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us (RTO).

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, or a refund will be issued (excluding shipping fees).


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will either issue a full refund or resend the product at no extra cost.
