  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective).

  • Items purchased under clearance, discount, or sale, unless defective.


4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, a refund or replacement will be processed.

  • For replacements, the same product will be sent (subject to availability). If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping charges.

  • For all other returns, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.


7. Late or Missing Refunds
